That Actually Measure Something!
Are you confident you know how much participants genuinely learn from your training programs? If not, you’re not alone.
According to a recent ATD research study, 80% of organizations evaluate some learning programs at Level 2 of the five-level measurement and evaluation model. Yet only 63% of organizations view the data they collect to be of high or very high value. While these numbers indicate a significant disconnect, there is a solution. If appropriately constructed and worded correctly, Level 2 evaluations can prove whether learning occurred. They also can provide important insight into which program topics participants mastered and which ones they did not. But these insights are only as useful as the quality of the test questions.
Bring this informative, highly engaging session in-house to your L&D team. Provide them with practical tips and guidelines on how to write Level 2 quiz and test questions that produce valued data.
