What"s the number one thing CEOs want to see from their learning and development investments?


According to an ROI Institute research study, the thing CEOs most want to see is evidence of Level 4 business results. However, according to the same research, only eight percent of CEOs receive this type of information. Several different arguments might explain these results. Still, not a single one is likely to convince a CEO that they shouldn't expect to see evidence of business results from the company's learning investments.
